Nordlignum Fastighetsförvaltning AB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nordlignum AB. We have an office property that is beautifully located in the east of town, within walking distance of central Umeå.
The real estate company also owns two terminals in Västerslätt, Umeå. These are primarily used by AB Nordprotekt to temporarily store goods and for the truck drivers to rest and reload. Some of the premises are rented out externally.
